Cancellation policy:
Up to 7 days before the commencement of the tour: No penalty charge.
Within 7 days of the commencement of the tour: Full charge.

Payment for the excursion should be made at the agency's office, please remember to take your booking confirmation with you. If the tour has been cancelled due to any unforeseen reasons, then refunds can be claimed directly from the agency at their offices.
